Ego Pharmaceuticals Flammable Goods Manufacturing Extension

This project involved delivering an extension to an existing Flammable Manufacturing building at Ego Pharmaceuticals Braeside campus. The extension was constructed over a 12-month period, coordinating construction needs around the schedule and requirements of a live, active facility. Materials included using a mix of pre-cast and in-situ concrete structures, a steel framed metal deck sheet roof, and Kingspan PIR Insulated Panels for the external cladding.

Internally, the extension included works over two levels, including packaging room, equipment wash bay, main staging area, lift and stairs on the ground floor, with level one housing flammable goods storage, manufacturing suite, equipment drying room, clean equipment storage area, bottle de-boxing facility and new administrative office space.
