Hotel Brighton Refurbishment

One of Brighton’s most famous hotels, Hotel Brighton received an extensive refurbishment with improvements and amendments to three existing stages. This included excavation and upsizing the existing basement, major structural additions and improvements and reinforcing the building for its increased floor loadings.

Comprising of four new bar areas, three new dining areas, external decks and amenities, Hotel Brighton encompassed numerous upmarket finishes. Dark wood flooring graces the ground floor dining rooms while parquetry floors provide a modern feel set along a stunning white bar upstairs. The roof top decks are light and luminous with expansive open skylights. Supported by new electrical, mechanical and refrigeration systems, the refurbishment provides an excellent recreational space for all patrons and stakeholders involved.
